The Circle of Hope Ministry for Nurturing, Blessing and Engaging our Community "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church and let them pray over them anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of the faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up..." (James 5:14-15) PURPOSE - The Circle of Hope Ministry offers help to those in need by offering prayers and love to those who are ill as well as provide emotional support to their families. · This ministry focuses on prayers for those in need by Fr. John D. Protopapas whom offers spiritual counseling and anointing of the Holy Oil. · The parishioners meet weekly for Supplicatory Prayers to our Patron Saints Raphael, Nicholas and Irene and pray for all those in need of healing of body and soul. · We will refer them to speak to someone who has been through their illness so they don't feel alone. · This mission offers help such as rides to treatments. · We will offer a warm meal to help heal. · We will direct them to the best Doctors in the area for second or third opinions. · We will call to let them know we care and remind them that Christ is by their side.
